  • Allowing the exchange, creation, and deletion of certain information.
  • Personalizing the products and/or services to be delivered and the associated support services; usage information, service messages or other related (electronic) messages.

  • To process a request for products and services, the company needs to disclose the information within the company including the IT services, and the company needs to disclose limited and anonymized data with third parties including the cloud. 

The cloud shall have access exclusively to the gender and date of birth of the user, the location, the result delivery date and the test results created therein, in an anonymized manner.

If the user sends offensive or objectionable content or engages in any disruptive behavior on the Site, the company can use whatever information that is available about the user to stop such behavior. This may involve informing relevant third parties such as law enforcement agencies about the content and the behavior.

If the company is under a duty to disclose or share information in order to comply with any legal obligation; To protect the rights, property or safety of the consumer or others; To prevent and detect fraud, security or technical issues, IP address may be supplied to regulatory authorities in connection with fraud or other formal investigations.

Our Site is not Intended for Minors

The company never knowingly collects personal data from minors without the consent of a parent or guardian, which must be given to use the (web application) services and website of the company. 

If personal data of minors is processed in good faith, or if you believe a person who is underage has signed up for a HerHealth Kit account, the company will delete these from his files as soon as possible after knowledge of them. Please contact us at privacy@herhealthkit.com and we will take reasonable steps to promptly remove that minor’s personal information from our records.

Links on to Third-Party Sites

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

The Site may contain links to other websites that are not managed by the company and may have their own privacy policy. The company advises to read these and takes no responsibility for these websites of third parties.
